Profiling
Idaho Murders
Part Three (3)
When profiling a personality it is not enough to give a profile on the person we are attempting to acquire a personality profile on. I must become the personality, I must get into their head, think like he/she would think, act and respond like he/she does. I become for a short period of time what he/she is. Investigators are looking into the possibility that a stalker was involved in this murder case in Idaho. I do not know if this is true or not. This was a statement from law enforcement involved in this very difficult case.
If this attacker was an online stalker who was triggered by a behavior pattern, a look, their height, weight, hair color, smile, etc. that triggered the stalker into action because of some past slight or rejection by someone in his/her past. It is very possible the stalker may not know the person personality. But followed him/her on a social media page. One of the victims became the substitute for the stalker to take out his/her rage and anger on. The stalker would need to know where he/she lived how to get there and get away as quickly as possible.
I have thought about Google Maps. If a stalker was involved in this murder case in Idaho as has been reported. Is there a way investigators could access Google Maps and see if someone looked into the home and area where these murders took place. Locate a IP address and the computer that an unknown suspect used. That would give investigators a lead into a possible suspect.
I used Google Maps to locate my home and see what a birds eye view of my home looked like. I was able to see my home, front and back. I could see my porch deck with my grill on the deck. It showed roads, access points and a somewhat of a clear view of my home. A stalkers dream come true. If a stalker was involved and was an online stalker of one of these people Google Maps would be very helpful in getting a birds eye view of the home and possible access points into the home and the roads around the home to get away. I would want as much information as possible on my target to commit the crime and get away as quickly as possible. Google Maps would be my first information gathering tool.
