Dear Sir,

My name is Anthony J. Iantosca, BCFE I am a forensic profiler working in the Boston area. I work with Mr. Ronald H. Rice of Checkmate Forensic Services. Mr. Rice and I run the International Academy of Forensic Examiners and Investigators a forensic organization that trains people in forensic profiling through out the United States.

I would like to give you some information that I feel would be of some help in your investigation.

First) There seems to be some sort of connection between the number of people shot and 9/11/01. Eleven people were shot; nine were killed at this time. I do not believe this is an Al-Quada connection but I do believe this date and number of people shot and killed has some deep meaning to the Un-Sub.

Second) There is no question in my mind that the Un-Sub has some military background.

Third) Most of the profilers that I have heard seem to think that this Un-Sub has learned English as a second language. I do not believe this to be the case. The words "Mr. Policeman" is in my humble opinion is more "Black Slang." I have heard this term many times by many African Americans who have lived or worked in the South Eastern United States. There may be the possibility that the Un-Sub(s) are African American.

Forth) I do not believe the Un-Sub is working alone, to elude capture time and time again would indicate to me that he/she has a look out and is in communication with each other.

I wanted to pass on my thoughts to you with the hope that this may be of some small help to you in your quest, to apprehend this madman.
